Awareness Day is May 12. Please wear a blue ribbon on this day to show
your support. This is a day for people to advocate and raise awarness
for these conditions.

From the CFIDS Association of America. This packet gives great information
about things that you can do to raise awareness. It has a list of many
suggestions from writing a simple letter to friends and family, to contacting
your local TV news center.
