CFS/ME/FMS Awareness Day
CFS/ME/FMS Awareness Day is May 12. Please wear a blue ribbon on this day to show your support. This is a day for people to advocate and raise awarness for these conditions.

A brochure with lots of information straight from teenagers about what it's like to be sick. A great resource to send to family and friends.

FMS Awareness Day
A great website offering many ideas of things you can do to spread awareness. Has kits you can order with FMS shirts, buttons, videos, etc.

Information packet about Awareness Day
From the CFIDS Association of America. This packet gives great information about things that you can do to raise awareness. It has a list of many suggestions from writing a simple letter to friends and family, to contacting your local TV news center.

Free Brochure about CFS and ME
Explains what CFS and ME is, and what the symptoms are, along with other useful information.
