CFS CFS stands for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. This condition, like in my case, sort of goes hand in hand with the NMH and POTS. This condition does exactly what it sounds like. It makes me feel chronically tired! I can go to sleep very early, and wake up very late, but I am still exausted. No amount of sleep can fix the feeling of being tired that I have all day long. Think about what you feel like the day after you have had a sleep over and have stayed up all night long talking, and have gotten no sleep. That is what it feels like for me every day, all day.
