Doctor Appointments Here are some helpful hints about things that you can do to make doctors appointments easier: 1. Type up a list of all your medications on the computer. Include the dosage, the generic names, and what each medication is used for. 2. Type up a list of all your symptoms, seperating the ones you have all the time, and the ones that you sometime have. 3. Type up a list of all the diagnosis that you have. Include when and where they were diagnosed and how. 4. Type up a contact list of all of your doctors. Include phone numbers, addresses, and what they specialize in. 5. Make a list of all the things that you want to mention or talk about with your doctor. This way you can talk about everything you want to without forgetting. 6. Ask as many questions as you need, no matter how long over the appointment is going. They are there to help you. 7. If you aren't comfortable with a medication or something else that the doctor has told you to do, tell him, and ask questions to set your mind at ease.
