Exercise If you have NMH, strengthening your legs is key. The tigthter, and more muscly your legs are, the easier it will be for your body to pump the blood from you legs and back into where it should be---your head. The best exercise that i have found out there is Pilates. Pilates is sort of like Yoga. It relaxes me, and makes me stronger. You do slow movements that at the time don't seem liek much, but at the end you will find yourseld breathing heavily and being tired. You will see results! Winsor pilates might be the thing that you see on TV infomercials, with the celebrities on it, talking about how much it has helped them. Well, I believe their claims! Because is has helped me too! I am fitter, stronger, and healthier, and i have even lost some weight! Start out slow. Don't push yourself during your first few sessions. In most Pilates tapes and DVD's there woill be at least 3 people showing you the exercises. Each person will be demonstrating a different level. Follow the begginner level first. Pilates also has a lot to do with breathing, but my advice is--don't follow their breathing directions! I find that they breath deeply too much, in and out, and can make me dizzy and lightheaded. Just breath normally. Do Pilates every other day at most. There are usually different tapes that have different lengths. Only do 30 minutes each day. If the tape is an hour split it up so you do half one day, half the other day. If you push yourself to much and too fast in the begginning, you will burn yourself out! Light weight training is also good. Start with 3 pound weights and work your way up to 5. No more. Even though the weights don't sound like much, they will tone and shape your body. If
