Movie Suggestions

My Favorite Scary Movies:
Alfred Hitchcock Movies- All of Hitchcock's films are sensational. He has a way of putting fear in you that is very subtle. Some of my favorite of his movies are Rear Window, The Man Who Knew Too Much, Dial "M" For Murder, and Vertigo.

Final Destination- A thriller about a boy who finds out that death is after him.

What Lies Beneath- This movie is full of twists and turns. It will leave you guessing until the end.

The Others- I can't give anything away here, but you'll be holding your breath until the very end.

The 6th Sense- Another movie that I can't say much about...but do you believe in ghosts?

Double Jeopardy- Incredible drama about a strong woman fighting for her rights about her false imprisionment.

Kiss the Girls- For a more mature audience. A story about a kidnapper, and how one of his escaped victims helps to catch him.

Along came a spider- tricky movie that has a lot of twists and turns that you won't suspect. Make sure you keep track of all the clues.

Other good movies:
Ever After- A classic chick flick with a spin on the common Cinderella fairy tale.

Newsies- An amazing musical, featuring some very talented actors.

Moulin Rouge- Another musical- if you blink, you'll miss some of the amazing cinematography. A tragic love story.

The Count of Monte Cristo- The perfect combination of action and love.

Jen's Suggestions:
American Outlaws -- Colin Farrell is soooo hot in this. It's the story of Jesse James. I know the entire movie word for word! It is a great action film.

Where The Heart Is -- This is a great movie. It is my favorite non-action movie. It is one of the few chick flicks that I will voluntarily watch:-)

Minority Report-- with Colin Farrell and Tom Cruise (Notice whose name is first haha) It is high suspense and soooo good. The Recruit- with Colin Farrel (of course). It's a really great CIA thriller. I LOVE it!!! "You ought to see these! They are GREAT!!! I am like the movie queen."

Ashley's Suggestions:
The Green Mile- a black prisoner is going to be put to death for committing 2 murders but then he makes 2 miracles happen:)

John Q- about a man who takes a hospital ER over because they weren't going to give his son a heart transplant

The Rock- about a man that helps the FBI in trying to stop some terrorists from sending a VX gas rocket from Alcatraz into San Fransico to kill everyone. Crimson Tide- about a submarine captain and another person below him who fight.
