POTS

POTS stands for postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome.

What this basically means, is that when I go from a lying down position to a standing position, or a sitting to standing position, my heart rate increases dramatically. On the tilt table test for example, they measured my heart rate, and when I went from lying down to standing up, my heart rate went from 80 to 154!

This condition makes me feel very fatigued and tired very easily. When my heart rate gets so incredibly high, my body thinks im exercising, when im actually just standing still, therefore my body just get worn out.
